1. SCOPE

These terms apply to any project, commission, quote request, review submission, or other service provided through this site or direct contact.

2. WORKFLOW

Work begins only after scope, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables are confirmed in writing. Any request outside the confirmed scope is treated as a scope change and may require additional cost and time.

3. PAYMENT

• Payment method is strictly PayPal.
• A non-refundable 50% upfront payment is required before development starts.
• The remaining 50% must be paid in full before final delivery, transfer, deployment, or handover.
• 100% of the agreed project price must be received for the client to obtain full usage and ownership rights to the final deliverable.

4. CHANGES

Reasonable revisions are allowed within the approved scope. Feature additions, redesign requests, or major requirement changes are billed separately and may reset delivery timelines.

5. OWNERSHIP

• Final deliverables belong to the client only after full payment (100%) is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Reusable tools, templates, and internal methods remain the creator's property.
• Public portfolio display is allowed unless the client requests otherwise.

6. REFUNDS

No refunds are issued once the project has reached or exceeded 50% completion. Before that point, any discretionary refund is limited to the unpaid and unworked portion only.

7. NO WARRANTY

Services are provided as-is. While every effort is made to deliver stable work, no guarantee is made for third-party platforms, hosting providers, integrations, policy changes, or modifications made by anyone other than the creator after delivery.

8. BREACH AND ENFORCEMENT

Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or cancellation of delivery, refusal of future service, retention of full project ownership by the creator, and/or publication or release of the product under the creator's legal ownership where permitted by law and contract. Any unauthorized use, resale, claim of authorship, or redistribution before full payment is a material breach.
